Description
ROEB inspectors and analysts participating in this live virtual course will gain a common understanding of the regulatory role of inspectors and analysts at Health Canada. In this learner-centered course, delivered by experienced Health Canada inspectors, participants will gain an understanding of how compliance and enforcement policies are applied, how the guiding principles of compliance and enforcement determine the role and responsibilities of designated inspectors, and how regulatory inspectors use enforcement techniques and tools to minimize the department’s risk of liability.
This course is recommended in the first 6-12 months of employment.
Prerequisites:
There are five prerequisites for this course. It is recommended that you complete them in the following order:
