This self-directed eLearning course will familiarize analysts pursuing designation with the concept of fundamental justice, and how it pertains to sample handling.

The course will focus on the administrative duties of designated analysts, when handling samples submitted by law enforcement, inspectors, and research scientists, for the purpose of supporting the administration and enforcement of the CCPSA, FDA (Cosmetics Regulations) and HPA.

This course is one of the mandatory courses for the PSL analysts required for designation.
