Description

This self-directed course will help experienced inspectors learn more about the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and its impact on regulatory inspections and investigations. Learners will also analyze key legal cases that have helped to further define the difference between inspections and investigations and the changed role and powers of the inspector.
