This self-directed eLearning course will familiarize ROEB managers and employees with key concepts and practices to help prevent workplace incidents by identifying and addressing root causes—rather than focusing solely on individual actions.

Through tailored learning pathways, employees will learn the essential elements of effective incident reporting, while managers will receive additional training on investigative techniques and how to apply the 4 C’s Method to uncover systemic issues and prevent future incidents.

The course supports a proactive Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) culture by guiding learners through real-world strategies for analyzing incidents, responding appropriately to minor injuries, and reinforcing safety practices through existing communication channels.
