Description

ROEB inspectors and analysts participating in this live virtual course will practice the communication skills and strategies needed to prepare for difficult conversations with regulated parties and stakeholders. As part of the final assessment, participants will engage in a one-on-one simulation with a facilitator and receive constructive feedback to enhance their skills. The 2024 version of this learner-centered course, delivered by experienced Health Canada inspectors, ensures participants gain confidence using various verbal techniques and models in enforcement scenarios.

This course is recommended in the first 6-12 months of employment.
