Description
ROEB inspectors and analysts participating in this live virtual course will practice the communication skills and strategies needed to prepare for difficult conversations with regulated parties and stakeholders. In this learner-centered course, delivered by experienced Health Canada inspectors, participants will gain confidence using various verbal techniques and models in enforcement scenarios.
This course is recommended in the first 6-12 months of employment.
