Description

ROEB inspectors participating in this live virtual course will learn how to gather information from regulated parties by using a structured approach to interviewing known as the Funnel Technique. In this learner-centered course, learners will have the opportunity to practice collecting relevant information using this technique during an interview simulation.

This course is recommended in the first 6-12 months of employment.
