Carrington Christmas (Black Scotian-Mi’kmaw and German) is a neurodivergent aunty, stepmom, dog mom, storyteller, public speaker, and gamer residing on Dish with One Spoon Territory. With over a decade of experience developing and implementing projects and initiatives at the grassroots, provincial, national, and international levels, and Indigenous training and education, Carrington is dedicated to empowering youth and decolonizing learning spaces. Carrington holds a Master of Education in Urban Indigenous Education and, as an educator, grounds her practice in teachings of great love and kindness. She believes relationships built on reciprocity, radical accountability, and tenderness will lead to transformational change.
