Description

The Learning and Outreach Team is pleased to offer fully funded Insights Discovery psychometric assessments, along with facilitated group sessions to explore your results, learn from peers, and strengthen your leadership practice.

 

These offerings form part of the Manager & Executive Learning Pathway and supports leadership development through reflection, insight, and practical application—particularly valuable during times of change. Please note that completing this assessment is also a prerequisite to the Canada School of Public Service’s New Director Development Program.

Who can participate?

  • Managers and Directors (below EX-02) at Health Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada
  • Limited spots available on a first-come, first-served basis
