Gain insight on your Leadership style. Reflect on your onboarding learning and career goals.
Absence Management and Schedule
Topic 1 This reference guide is intended for employees. It will provide a brief explanation of some new changes to how to submit absence requests, as well as important considerations that you need to know before submitting an absence request. Topic 2 This module is intended for managers. It will guide you through the process of creating and amending your employees’ schedules. If you need more specific technical help, please consult the User Productivity Kit (UPK). Topic 3 This module is intended for managers. It will guide you through the process of approving employee absences and submitting absence requests on behalf of an employee. If you require more technical help, please consult the User Productivity Kit (UPK).
Acquisition Card Policy
Departments use acquisition cards to streamline the procurement process by allowing a designated employee to charge purchases made from suppliers and settle for these purchases directly with the acquisition card issuing company. This course will explain the responsibilities of stakeholders in the acquisition card program, the use and operational requirements to obtain and maintain an acquisition card as well as the process and acceptable uses of the cards.

AMEX-GBT Training
This in depth Traveller and Travel Arranger course will instruct users on how to navigate within the new AMEX-GBT portal, use the Online Booking Tool to book a trip and to create an itinerary. It will provide a detailed example of creating and submitting a Travel Request (TR) and Expense Report (ER) and attaching all necessary travel documents.
Analysis of Clinical Trials II: Categorical Data
This course provides Health Canada employees with an overview of the methods used for analyzing categorical data. This course is designed to help you understand the importance of good clinical trial design through the proper use of categorical data. Properly used, categorical data establishes a clear methodology at the start and avoids bias in the interpretation of results. This course will aid you in recognizing the difference between appropriate and inappropriate statistical methodology and tests to properly interpret a clinical trial with categorical data statistics.
